DR. ROGER A. RAMSAMMY
President Ramsammy has more than 30 years of higher education experience, including senior academic and administrative positions at three of the largest multi-campus colleges in the United States. He is the Former President of the West Campus of Miami Dade College. Dr. Ramsammy previously served as Provost and Chief Academic Officer at Northern Virginia Community College. Before that, at Palm Beach State College, he was Professor of Microbiology as well as Anatomy and Physiology, Chair of Biology, Associate Dean of STEM, and Dean of Academic Affairs. He is presently serving as the President of Hudson Valley Community College since July 1, 2018.
MR. DWAYNE GUNTER
Mr. Dwayne Gunter serves as CEO of QHR Health. He brings 30 years of extensive business leadership experience and diverse backgrounds across several industries, providing innovative perspectives to the healthcare market. Mr. Gunter leads QHR Health with a focus on driving solutions to healthcare clients to help them achieve their strategic initiatives while strengthening their financial health. He serves with several charity organizations throughout Middle Tennessee, along with serving in advisory roles to universities regarding healthcare education and helping them develop the next generation of healthcare leaders.

DR. JUSTIN LUNDBYE
Dr. Lundbye is the President and CEO of Waterbury Health in Waterbury, Connecticut. He is a results-oriented, people-focused cardiologist with strong experience in administrative and clinical leadership, hospital medical practice, and ACGME rules. He is a proficient leader with years of experience spearheading a wide range of medical and operational initiatives for for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare organizations. He has proven success in collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure the highest standard of care and alignment of clinical and business objectives. Over the years, he demonstrated the capability to direct and execute projects focused on improving revenue cycle, and clinical and operational performance. Dr. Lundbye is skilled in contracts and operations, state/federally mandated programs, and regulatory standards for accreditation.

DR. BADAR BAIG
Dr. Badar Baig, holds a Ph.D. and has spent over 35 years in the public health arena as the Chief of the public health laboratory for the Ministry of Health in Bahrain. The laboratory played an investigative role in all communicable disease outbreaks, all imported food products were tested for disease-causing agents and chemical contamination levels as per Codex Alimentarius. The laboratory was also a reference center for TB and influenza outbreak investigations etc. After a brief retirement in 2011, Dr. Baig found Al-Zahoor Medical & Scientific (ZMS) as the Managing Director. In this role, Dr. Baig is responsible for the overall operations of ZMS, distributors of a wide range of life science technologies across the Middle East.
